Minutes of the first meeting.
Date of meeting: 06/03/11.
Call to order: A teachers cum students meeting was called by our teacher Mr. Sanjib Kr. Tanti which was held in the school building on the 6th day of March, 2011. It was started at 12:15 pm. It was presided by Mr. S K Tanti while Mr. R Limza was the secretary. It was attended by 41 members.
Motions:
(1) An school eco-club was formed.
(2) 41 members were enrolled. (Refer to register)
(3) Executive members were selected by the members. (Refer to register)
(4) The club was named ‘Dolphin Eco-Club’.
Adjournment: It was decided that the next meeting will held on 13/03/11 in the school building. The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm on the same day.
